Communication
We find success in your satisfaction. Getting to that point means clearly communicating the basics of the job from defining the goal and scope, to what to expect while a job is in progress, to walking through the job site both before and after the work is done.
Punctuality
Home Improvement and construction are stressfull enough without the added uncertainty of not knowing when your contractors are going to show up. We make it a point to schedule specifc arrival times, not broad time windows. We will send you appointment reminders and in-route messages with ETAs to keep you apprised of day-of specifics. All homes are unique leading to suprises, we will keep you informed of the impact of any unexpected developments, and material impacts to timelines.
